August 11, 2009I give them a zero for customer service. They make all kinds of promises to get you to sign a lease or make a purchase then don't deliver. Make sure you get everything from them in writing -- they are thieves and liars.

April 02, 2009I leased a 2003 Sonata from them for 48 months. Curiously... after the 20,000 KM warranty on the brakes expired I had lots of problems with the brakes...spent close to $2,000 on them even with a bumper to bumper warranty. It does not matter what warranty you have...they don't apply to brakes after 20,000 KM. I found that their service advisers were not sincere and typically handed me large... more
