Pooh and I stayed here for 2 nights while hanging out in downtown Montreal.

The room was very clean. We had a comfortable king size bed, a big-screen TV, the bathroom was modern with a waterfall shower head and a street view of de la Montagne.

This hotel lost one star because we ordered room service for breakfast - waited for the fresh brewed coffee to arrive but it never came

Novotel illegally charged for a one-night stay; I cancelled a reservation within their policy's timeframe. The room was booked via hotels.com, which worked to partly resolve the issue. The amount charged in CAD was refunded two weeks after the charge, but a change in the exchange rate to USD means I was not made whole.
