What a wonderful and quiet respite from the busy summer crowds in the old city. Staff is friendly, warm and very helpful in making all kinds of recommendations. Our room was perfect overlooking the street, a great option if you want a smaller, boutique hotel. Will be back
We stayed here in April 2016, and I can't say enough about the customer service. All of the women at the front desk were extremely helpful and continuously making sure we were having a great trip. The hotel is right inside old Quebec City, we got a parking pass and were able to park right across the street. We stayed on the top floor, note there is no elevator but the stairs weren't terrible. We stayed for four nights. Great location and hospitality! Just inside the walls and close to everything you want to see. Close to Plains of Abraham for morning run. We will stay here again when in Quebec City.
