My husband and I stayed here when visiting Ottawa. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to the downtown area attractions.
Staff was beyond friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The beds are amazing and pillows are better than Fairmont in my opinion.
There is not a hotel shuttle but Uber's/Lyft is available and relatively inexpensive.

Good location! Pet-friendly!

We needed a dog-friendly room so we stayed here. The employees and the service was great but the overall design and quality of the hotel and amenities were tired. The room itself was a decent size; we had a king bedroom with TV, iron, decent closet, desk and drawers, but the bathroom was a little bit small.
