Great hotel

Staff was very friendly ,helpful, and polite. Hotel was clean, very nice, breakfast was very good. We would stay here again when in Calgary.

Room was decent, layout was fine. Bed was uncomfortable, linen were on their last leg. Mattress cover was ripped, sheets were old, towels hard...like after too many washes.TV was slow as snails, took almost 20 seconds to change a channel.. Toilet wasn't working, water pressure in sink inadequate, although shower was fine.Not sure why the room had a microwave if absolutely no dishes were... more
