I like to think of this hotel as a true diamond in the rough. Located a few blocks east of Eaton Centre this hotel is located in a rougher spot of Toronto but don't let the looks turn you away. The service is excellent, the rooms are spectacular (go for the penthouse) and the staff are all very friendly.

Do not stay here for any reason. We were ripped off for 54 CD on the exchange of $300 US. I expect a small service charge. Then, when we discovered they had stolen from us, they refused to change back. Very bad customer service. I've changed money at Hilton properties worldwide and never have had this happen.

Decent hotel. Clean and reasonably priced...BUT

HORRIBLE location! We had no idea we were staying in homeless, dirty, weirdo central. The hotel is 3km from the nearest decent bar or cool restaurant. Also, we learned too late that it cost us $47 per day to park our car.

Our suite was great, but we'll never stay here again.
