Poor customer service for new customers/first time buyers...

If you are a new time buyer they treat you like you are no more important than the dirt on their shoes. Need warranty work done? Sure, wait 2 weeks for the appointment (while your friend who's bought more than one vehicle from them, gets in that day) They'll do very poor work which may last 10-15 minutes after you leave the parking lot. Need the warranty work redone? GOOD LUCK!!! Emails can go unanswered for weeks and questions about what is covered under warranty are brushed off as annoyances (probably due to their own lack of knowledge or laziness to find out). This place really leaves one with a bad taste and I would advise anyone looking for a new vehicle to look elsewhere.
