Good Location for walking downtown. Couple of concerns!

Comfortable but noisy early morning from room doors automatically banging shut - installation of slower automatic door closures would be a great asset!Found the '$1 charge to your room' tag on the four bottles of water in the room offensive... Suggest either to provide a complimentary bottle of water to each guest or discontinue leaving bottled water in the rooms!!

we were treated TO A VERY FRIENDLY STAFF and a no hassle check in, smiles all around and very helpful. the view from our room showed the harbor, city, at night city lights, could see the Empress, Parliament bldg. we were able to watch the Seaguls with their new born babies on the roof on the of the Hunnington across the street, short walk from main attractions.
