Stay away from this horrible company!

I could write a novel on all of the horrible experiences i encountered at CRESTON HOUSE (7010 101 avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta). I won't even scratch the surface but here are some examples.
First off, keep in mind, i lived here for 12 months ONLY.
1. Flooded 4 times. Once the plumber finally came...I came home to a bathtub full of poop..
2. BUG INFESTATION. (not bed bugs...outdoor bugs)...their solution? spray for bed bugs.

ok I'm already tired and i haven't even stated anything to with the complete disrespect and unresponsiveness I encountered with my landlords, management, maintenance, and the pest control company which they associate themselves with. One word, IDIOTS. They seem nice...but THICK SKULLS I TELL YOU. Good luck getting through to them, You could have a mice infestation and they'd be like "oh cute". Maybe the rancid smell in the hallways and the black mould is killing their brain cells. either way i am BEGGING YOU to NOT PROFIT HAR-PAR INVESTMENTS. Oh and Aleksandra, the landlord at CRESTON HOUSE told me personally that she is evicting all of the natives in that building. LIke IS THIS THE STONE AGES? HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! they will leave you with 0 damage deposit, a possible a stay in the psych ward, and a completely horrific experience. Please ensure you keep yourself, your money, your children, your belongings, your pride, your sanity...etc safe!! stay away from these sick individuals.

ps. i put 1 star because i had too...this place is garbage it deserves a negative rating.
