A dishonnest company - une compagnie malhonnête

I bought 2 units from Guaranteed Industries for a total of 8 000$ over the last 4 years so I know this company quite well. This year, part of the first unit broke down but luckily the defective part was still under warranty. My contract stated that I only had to pay for their work to replace the defective part. They billed me for working hours their technician haven't done. Also, they charged me an additionnal 200 $ for no serious reason like the ''vaccuum''. The total price was incredibly high to replace a piece under warranty ! I made the mistake to pay their technician right away hoping that the manager would understand that they made a mistake. Now that they have my money they are not returning my calls. What a dishonnest company !!!

J'ai acheté 2 produits de Guaranteed Industries pour un total de plus de 8 000$ depuis les 4 dernières années donc je connais assez bien cette compagnie. Cette année, une pièce qui était encore sous garantie a brisé. Selon mon contrat je devais payer uniquement la main d'oeuvre. Ils m'ont chargé plus d'heures de travail que ce qui a été réellement effectué . Ils m'ont aussi facturé pour 200$ de petites affaires comme le`'vaccum'',... Ça m'a coûté un bras pour le remplacement d'une pièce sous garantie !. J'ai fait l'erreur de payer le technicien le jour même pensant que le manager me rembourserait suite à leur erreur. Ils ne veulent rien savoir et ne retournent même plus leur appel. Une compagnie malhonnête !!!
