Extremely poor Don`t use!
This company is extremely poor, I called them because the fan in my furnace stopped working. Firstly I had complained to them when the service the furnace two months earlier that the fan wasn't operating properly so I wasn't happy. In any case the first technician showed up within about an hour and told me after stumbling around that the fan motor was burned out and would cost $680 to replace cash only. I told him to get out and never come back because the fan motor online only cost $150.00. After talking to his boss suddenly the price was $300 cash so I said go ahead but he had returned the next day with parts. The next day another technician came and told me now that it was in the motor but the circuit board of course he didn't have it so what I would have to return the next day. So we sat in the cold for two days now. On the second day he arrived about an hour after the scheduled appointment and installed a new board which he told me would now cost an extra $100 cash. Although the original part can be purchased online for $215 I agreed to pay just to get it finished. However a local furnace is now working when I looked at the box he left behind he installed a generic part not an original Lennox part so he had to of paid substantially less than $215. I think the technician that first came was likely unlicensed and certainly incompetent. The first technician tried to sell me a new furnace immediately and obviously try to rip me off for the repair cost. I would never use this company again and I will be complaining to TSSA licensing authorities as well as a ministry of consumer services and the ministry of revenue about this incompetent underground economy operator who stealing money from everyone including the taxpayers Ontario by not paying tax.
Do not use this company!
This company will jerk you around and never show up for scheduled appointment dates and times! They do not have the courtesy to call you to let you know!
THEY LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY LACK CUSTOMER RESPECT, THEY LACK PROFESSIONALISM!
Save yourself the time and aggravation! Had we checked them out before we called, we NEVER would have in the first place! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!
Avoid at any cost
Chose this business because of proximity and 24/7 service advertised.... All wrong.
Business installed a defective AC unit. Not answering the phone. Rude and attitude when complaining about the poor service.
