Poor follow up
Took my Dog in because she was so sick. I was told they would call me back next day with results from blood work. They gave me an antibiotic for her. I had to call them after 4 days,because they never called me. I was told that the vet had left town that day and had looked at the results but didn't reply. Had to wait until the other vet reviewed the results to find out that there was nothing wrong with my dog?. It cost me $220. I will not go back to this vet clinic.

December 23, 2010My first puppy saw Dr. Greenbank 18 years ago when she was an associate vet at Beck's Vet Clinic. She was so good that we followed her when she set up her own practice! How many dogs bang on the door to get into see a vet? They have helped us through all of the stages of our 'fur people's' life - from birth to death. Best vets in edmonton!!!
December 16, 2010Not sure what the first review was all about but i have never in 10 years of being a client at greenbank had any of those issues, just the opposite. Both vets go out of their way to explain everything to me, call me up personally with results and treat all 3 of my pets (2 dogs, 1 cat) as if they were their own. Poor customer service
October 11, 2010I have brought my pet to this clinic for 5 or more years, and in this time had never received an on-time appointment. I would arrive for a 5 o'clock appointment, and not be seen for at least 20 minutes or later. Further to that, in receiving routine information and follow ups from the clinic regarding test results or similar items, I would always have to call to find this information out,... more
