Well lit, organized, fairly well stocked, with a good plan on Wednesdays to put all the new releases along the cases in the back. And the place doesn't smell like cat pee or weed.
I'm glad to have this place so close to my office.
I needed to buy a flying saucer for a project I was working on. A model or toy would do the trick and Golden Age Collectables was the closest store to my office. After staring at the wall of toys I finally decided to ask the clerk behind the back counter.
Dan: Hi, I'm looking for a flying saucer.
Comic Book Store Guy: What kind?
Dan: Uh... I dunno. Like the one from Star Trek.

Worst comic store ever , overpriced , poor layout , smells strange and some of the worst customer service I've had this misfortune of having to endure. Most of the employees are not very knowledgeable or helpful. They seem to be more interested in checking their phone or socialising then helping the paying customer. They don't even bag your comics when u purchase both backing and the comic ....... more
