Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience there. I took one of my jackets from aritzia there and when I got it back, there were still stains on it. When I asked the lady about it she stated that we had discussed those stains and that she had advised me that they may not come out (we never discussed that). I took my ruined dress to Fishmanns on 17th and they told me the stains were from using a dirty chemical to clean it which lead to the stains!! You pay all that money and they can't even use clean chemical!! Ps Fishmanns fixed it (you can still see the stains if you look really hard but at least I can wear it!)
