Awful service
I purchased an item online and called their phone service. They not only did nothing to help me solve the problem at hand but also spoke to me in a condescending and sarcastic way! what a jerk!

OK, so most people review stores because they had a bad experience. I'm one of those people. I returned a Wii- U game I purchased for my 6 year old son. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that Wii U cant be played on Wii, but Wii will play on WiiU. The item was returned the day after the purchase. I was told that games can't be returned once they're opened but I could get a partial... more

Chez Future Shop on ne sait jamais à quoi s'attendre....parfois on est bien servi...parfois on se fait raconter des bobares...cela dépend.... Quoi qu'il en soit ils ont un vaste choix de marques et ce dans peu importe ce que l'on cherche. Je fréquente assez régulièrement ce magasin. Par contre, je ne recommande pas cet endroit pour faire l'achat d'un ordinateur si vous n'y connaissez rien... more

Chez Future Shop, en autant qu'on connaisse un peu son affaire, on trouve toujours ce qu'on a besoin. C'est sûr que parfois, les conseillers sont soit trop absents, soit trop présents... Et quand ils sont présents, on ne doit pas toujours se fier à leurs conseils... Mais enfin, les prix sont habituellement bons, et on trouve ce qu'on recherche. Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !
