Cool but confusing
Who would have a hair salon and a restaurant in the same space? Sounds yucky.
Hip & cool Art Gallery, Cafe and Hair Salon
This is an awesome local hub for the hip and cool to have lunch, sip espressos, surf the web for free and do business while enjoying an Art Gallery like surrounding.
The owners are heavily involved in promoting the Halifax art scene with openings and events and they do a fantastic job of it.

Every single one of the 12 people (M.O.B, M.O.G,M.O.H, bridesmaids, grandparents, aunts and of course the bride) walked out looking stunning!
The entire party was done in a matter of hours...and everyone of us got exactly what we wanted. FRED picked a theme of "soft and romantic" for our wedding party....and everyone looked amazing! The makeup artists at FRED were also excellent...the FRED...
