Run-down place and needs to learn customer service
I went there with my husband to choose the carpet and get a quote to get it replaced. There was a guy and an old lady (who was pretending that she was busy with a bunch of files around her). We kept looking at the carpets for about 10 minutes and no one out of these two even acknowledged or asked us if they could help. They pretended as if they were the only two people there and they didn’t even see us. Finally we approached the lady for help and she said “Oh two guys are on break and the one person who is here will be with you. But he might be a while as he is busy too, so please make sure you have some time to wait”. Ha! I wanted to laugh at her, and tell her to go get some classes with customer service skills and multi-tasking.
The guy kept looking at us and turning his face away while he was busy on the phone for a while. We waited and waited and waited and then left.
I would NOT recommend this place. There is other carpet places in town like Ritchies, so better give your money to people who care for the customers and are ready to help you.

have shopped here often...and I have always found the staff to be helpful and knowledgable. Great quality products at great prices!
Rude and ignorant!
Staff was very rude and ignorant to me and my wife they made us feel like they didn't need or want our business, so we went to another company and spent over 5,000. dollars on flooring.

Worst customer service ever, they make mistakes, refuse to fix them, blame you for everything and will not take ownership of anything. I would not recommend them for anything. Save the headaches
