Horrible service at a horrible store
I had to go back 2 times to return an item that was sold to me under false pretense. The first time I was told I can get my money back but will have to come back later in the week because the system was down. This was then hand written on the receipt. When I returned the manager refused to give me my refund and accused me of lying to her. This was unacceptable and it turned into an loud argument. I have never had a manager raise their voice to me and accuse me of trying to rip them off. I will never return to this store and will never recommend it.

I am a former manager. I left on my accord to work in a real job where they have moral and ethical standards.
Products you purchase may be a good deal, but I would rather pay retail.
95% of the staff is not trained properly. The products is never tested by Head office and even when test and found to have major faults they still make it to the shelf and sell it so the customer still buys the products and only give credit it for exchange for another defective product.
Most of their name brand clothing is cheap knock offs. Electronics are old technology
When you do try to use the warranty, they try to found anyway to back out of any responsibility.
There is no signs posted except a 8 x 11" sheet near front cash regarding company return policy and no refunds and staff fail to tell customer 90-95% and company is aware of this.
If you plan to buy from Factory direct. Run don't walk from there. They are scam artists.

Bought a Cell phone last year, no issues with it, works flawless, bought a coffee maker for $20.00, brought it home and it started to leak, returned for exchange, no hassle, 10 day return on most items, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. offering Product replacement plans on most items ,covers them from 1 or 2 years. This place is either a hit or a miss. You sometimes find great items at low prices and they work well without any problems. Other times, you find expensive items that don't even work properly. This is worsened by the store's poor return policy. My recommendation is to stick to sealed items that have a brand. These are usually the best.

Last week I went into Factory Direct and I saw a new set of speakers on the shelf. I noticed it had a Guitar jack and I have been looking for a Guitar amp. It also had a USB port a SD/MMC port, 2 Mic ports and built in Radio and equalizer. I asked Salesman about it and he said it was a really good set and the sound was very good.
