Buyers beware about exterior's windows

The windows that we had bought from them had problems right from the beginning. They have an extreamly cold draft coming from them and they also freeze shut where we are unable to open them, which we were told to open would help with the humidity problem. I realize that we have a moisture problem in our house and the windows to tend to sweat. That does not explain why the windows freeze solid... more
