Didn't complete new roof

Donia didn't complete the roof on my brand new house and refuse to. As my new roofer said "it's as if someone went to lunch and never came back to finish your roof". They left tools and equipment on my roof.

Their customer service is terrible, when I explained my situation they said they could only guarantee my shingles for 2 years...that's fine if I had shingles in the first place to guarantee! They couldn't understand they hadn't finished the job.

I have pictures of their terrible work if you would like proof. There's a lot of roofers out there, don't use them and make sure if it's a new home the builder isn't using Donia as their roofer.
