Poor Service

I had contracted Dominion Window and Door to replace all of my old aluminum framed windows with newer PVC framed windows. These high-end windows featured low-E glass, triple pane design and were Argon filled. The cost of replacement including labour was $7380 for nine windows in my home. They arrived six hours late on their arrival date, took three days longer than their scheduled date of completion and in the end four of the windows they installed were wrong. I did not notice they installed the wrong windows until later on I looked to see that they were a dual pane instead of triple pane. I received numerous excuses for all the errors and was never satisfied nor reimbursed for all the problems that occured. I would highly recommend another window manufacturer and contractor, as these people do not seem anywhere near professional.
