As I walked in the front door, which is a huge part of ones first impression of an establishment, two chefs/cooks were stepping out with cigarettes already hanging out of their mouths. Really??? Classy!!! That makes me want to order food ....??? I fully understand that a lot of kitchen staff and cooks perhaps do smoke, but not seeing it helps.

We stopped here for a Valentine's meal and discovered that the food was simply excellent. It had the best lobster I have ever had and the steak was juicy and awesome!

The calamari to start was fantastic, maybe the best we have had in Red Deer. Our steaks that followed (Peppercorn NY and Creole Sirloin) were done perfectly to medium rare. The shrimp with the Creole sirloin were large, and tasty. The only disappointment was having one item, pumpkin pie, available for dessert.
