WOSRT service in town!!!

I rate Discount car rentals as having the WORST service in the community!
2 days after renting the vehicle the tire blows out on christmas eve leaving me stranded, the service dept was not helpfull, the young gentlman and his friends behind the counter all stood up in a threatning manner while stating I am liable for the tire even with the full coverage I had purchased on the vehicle. The head office was no more helpfull than the threatning young men. I had called their local competetors giving them the same scene senario and they indicated in no way would I have been liable for the tire had i rented from their company.
Please save yourself the headache and the risk of driving an un-safe vehicle, rent from anywhere but discount!!
