Major Lack of Professionalism

We are waiting for our movers that are 30 minutes late. I decide to go walk around the block to see if they are parked somewhere else. I find them parked, smoking pot and laughing. When I asked them if they were moving the content of what was at our address, they told me to p@!s off - their shift had not started. Eventually 45 minutes late, they came to our house, stoned out of their minds and wanted to move our stuff. They pretended like it was the first time they even saw me. The crew had also never worked together so they kept arguing and telling themselves off. One lost something that belonged to him (pot bag) and was looking frantically in our house for the "BAG". They were horrible. They broke stuff and tried to fix it back themselves, did not think we would notice. I have never seen a company so unprofessional and when we refused to pay, they threatened to punch us. I would never recommend this company + do your research, they are the most expensive movers in Montreal.
