Excellent Service, Pricing and Followup

I contacted many roofers before deciding to select Dell. Andy was prompt, courteous and very professional. The pricing was excellent. Work was completed on time, cleanup fantastic, the crew very professional and respectful. The followup was above average as well. The Women who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Someone should teach her about Customer Service, and the way to handle people. She just was atrocious.
