Comfortable & Durable

Bought 4 of their red barstools around 3 years ago to put in the kitchen. They still look brand new, and the seat held up great considering we use it every day. Actually went back to buy 6 more black barstools for the basement bar. Again, no problems with any of their products, great design and look. Have recommended their products to many of my friends.

Buyer BEWARE Barstools INJURY

Purchased 3 barstools that were manufactured from this company from a HBC chain. All 3 stools have the same defect, one that is beyone cosmetic. The stools have nails coming through the leather saddle cushion, which caused injury upon sitting on the stool. Have had three conversations with this company customer service person to date and they accept no responsibility for the fault of their product. They blame us, they blame the HBC store we purchased from. This part of the stool was alreay assembled and came out of box with this problem in place yet they blame the assembly of legs assmebled. NOT THE CASE. They hang up on us when we try to get some type of resolution. We are stuck with this horrible product that looks nice but is not able to be used unless we want nails in our backsides. BEWARE.
