Great customer service
October 19, 2014Customer service was amazing! The room decor needs updating and there was no air vent in the washroom. But overall it was clean and the staff were professional, polite and hard working.

bedding is below standard
October 18, 2014the hotel was ok . It was in a convenient location for my purpose, but not the best location inSudbury....not very welcoming and the sheets, blankets, comforters and especially pillows were not what I consider to be "comfortable".
