This hotel only takes credit card pre authorizations and payments. so even if you have already prepaid and explain your credit card number was stolen and can pay cash or debit, it's a no. The Doors on some of the rooms are not the correct length. They hang in such a way that there is a significant space between the bottom of the door and the threshold between the hallway and the guest room. This leads to significant light and sound being able to enter the room. It makes the stay feel unsettling and gives the impression that there is a lack of security.
I frequently stay at this hotel when traveling on business. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Location is central and convenient for my meetings.
