Wrong people to buy cars from/ poor customer care
At the beginning I did not believe the negative reviews I read about these people, I thought some of the reviews were not FAIR, however, I purchased a vehicle from these guys and I did paid the price. If you go there you may think differently because they will do the very best to make think they are the real deal. when I first got there, I was helped by a sales associate named Richard, he does have sales techniques that will make you think you are getting the best car ever, but his customer care service only lasts until you pay, once you pay, then they all turn to customer-I-don't -care.
When I got my SUV I was happy, however, it all changed as soon as I drove it in the Highway, lots of noise, rear wheel bearings, no alignment, leaking, belt making a terrible noise in the mornings, etc, I have to call them and they bring the car back to them, It was supposed to be certified, I doubt they use any serious facility to do this, as one of the reviews I read, they surely do this under the table.
Well when I brought the car for servicing I was supposed to pick it up the same day in the afternoon, however, one of the owners " Angelo" called me while I was driving home in the middle of traffic (401) and left a message that they could not finish, asking me for an extra day, the funny thing is that he did not even wait for my answer and left the car in their workshop locked, so when I got home and I called back the person in the agency did not have a F... ing idea of what was going on, so I have to wait one more day to realize they did not do much, they could not spot the leaking, they took the car to Canadian tire for the alignment, and they were advised by the technicians that they could not align the rear wheels due to it was seized, however, to top it off they told the tech to proceed, showing once more their I-do -not- care attitude.
I went back to them again and it was Angelo who welcomed me, and he asked me to bring the car again, which I didn't, cuz it was enough, I am so fed up with this guys and my poor judgement and choice, in fact I did not pay attention to the consumer reviews, I should have
PLEASE IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO THERE, PLEASE BELIEVE ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, all they care about is selling the junk they have and nothing else
I ended up bringing my car to my mechanic who finally did their work; although these people were not charging me for the servicing I decided that it was enough,
I should have brought the car to a safety facility and do the safety myself in order to sue these people with the MTO,

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!! They sell you a vehicle that has safety and emissions done under the table, and when you go back to get the vehicle fixed, they exchange the good parts for parts they buy at the scrap yard, their own mechanic files bogus charges to the warranty company for work not done, and when you voice your opinion you get cussed at by the mechanic! When I complained to the owners at danny and sons, we`re told to f*ck off and that they don`t want to deal with us no more! I`ve had to call a lawyer to get my car fixed properly! I`ve had the car for 3 months, in which it has been in THEIR garage for almost 2 months total, and still the problem exists! They got their money from the finance company, so now they don`t care what happens. They force you to pay for a rental car from THEIR family`s rental company running up the charges while your vehicle sits in their garage for 25 days! That`s $30/day for the rental company whom they`re related to! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!! I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH ABOUT HOW IGNORANT AND DISHONEST THEY ARE... ESPECIALLY AFTER THEY GET THEIR MONEY FROM THE FINANCE COMPANY! YOU CAN LOOK FOR MORE REVIEWS ONLINE ABOUT THIS USED CAR DEALERSHIP AND FIND ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I WISH I DONE THAT BEFORE BUYING A CAR FROM HERE!
