I am a serious shopper but a road bike beginner. I went to all the shops in GTA\ Richmond Hill\ Markham and decided to buy a bike at this shop. Great service.

Can I rate 0 stars? Seriously. I stopped in there to buy lights for my bike. I stood there staring at their selection for at least 15 minutes, weighing my options, and no one offered to help me at all.
