If you think of buying with crystal homes please rethink your decision. From my experience there is no worst builder.
Crystal Homes in general: very difficult to get a hold of any one in head office, including the emergency line that i called after two days of email and phone call with no answer.

Purchased a new home, was delayed 8 months. Did the PDI (numerous issues - builder would not allow exterior to be assessed) and the next day - day of closing the painter came in. (Good thing we were not moving that day). The day after possession they paved the driveway - it has subsequently sunk in more than one place. We have been in the home for 30 days now. We paid for numeorus upgrades... more

They did pretty good job. Very Professional and great customer service. Cost was reasonable.
