Nightmare experience

Horrible customer service and cheaters. They knowingly order dress that is several sizes too big and charge several hundreds in alteration fees. Inflexible, arrogant thieves.

Drove out to their shop (45 min trip to the middle of nowhere in the boonies of Laval) simply to take a look at some of their hair accessories for my big day. The place looks like a barn from the outside and the inside is cramped and straight out of the 80's. Turns out, they have a "policy" (although it is not indicated anywhere on their site) whereby they refuse to sell you any accessories... more
