I feel like everyone's experience at this kind of salon/spa places is vastly different depending on the type of service and the stylist/massage therapist etc.

I used a Groupon here and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome - Nadia did a great job with my cut and highlights! It's always risky taking a chance with a new stylist, so I was relieved that the initial description of what I wanted seemed to translate well.

I purchased a groupon for a haircut. I was able to make an appointment the same day with Xuan! She was a great stylist, very personable and did a great job on my hair.

I would highly recommend her and would definitely go back.
