This place was good. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the tourist village and walking distance to all the Canadian side Niagara Falls attractions. It's slightly overpriced, but you're basically paying for location. I would stay in the newer, renovated rooms unless you really want the balcony.

Not worth the money paid, suite is small, everything is old, no fridge in room, 20" tube TV in suite room, strong bleach smell on hall way to my room, wifi is not working in suite room, slow in main room, have to stay in lobby for better connection,

Only thing good are the hotel location and guaranteed parking.

Decent rates. Dirty and outdated is what you get for it, though. Free breakfast, but with the throngs of families in their pajamas, you'll end up standing or wagging your food back to your room. Good location, convenient to Skylon and down to the falls. Cheesy miniature golf park adjacent is noisy late into the night.
