Great customer service and selection
Colony has excellent customer service. I have bought from them for 3 builds and have been pleased every time. They are very responsive with quotes and knowledgeable with products. They will help you find the appliance you want at a great price. I highly recommend them.
competitive pricing and excellent service
We buit a new home and purchased our appliances from Colony. I spoke to Kevin numerous times about the appliances we chose to put in our home and he gave us very sound advice. We have been very happy with the appliances that we did buy (particularly our Dacor range) and they offered the best pricing compared to two major competitors that we also solicited to bid on our appliances (Y Franks, and Coast Appliances). I have recommended their store to my friends and their experience has been similar to ours.
Local, knowledgeable, good range of products at competative prices and apparent extensive inventory.
With my wife purchased a dishwasher(now two) and will return to deal with the some salesperson(Kevin) for pricing on future appliance purchases.
Due to new systems(computer and Visa) the paperwork took longer than anticipated and because of new warehouse personnel pickup at the warehouse took longer(partly because of the fact that the fellow working there found some minor damage on the first appliance that he opened and inspected and insisted on unpacking and inspecting a second one!)
Just a good feeling about the people we dealt with - in today's price competative market ones impression of staff can be the difference in where you choose to buy.

We are repeat customers of Colony and will continue to shop there because of the competitive pricing and excellent customer service. We deal with Kevin and are confident he is giving us the best value options in our price range. We have sent friends there as well and they were happy we did!

My wife and I have been ordering all of our appliances exclusively at Colony for 10+ years. They carry all name brands and their detail to service is head and shoulders above the big chain dealers. On the rare occasion we've had problems, DesNeiges is on top of it.
