First time there, will definetly return

Let me put it this way, I wouldn't go back even if you paid for me to go there. Everything about this place is just so many levels of wrong.

Let's start for 1 that they make you take your shoes off before you walk in the door. So where everyone is standing with snow and slush on their boots we are asked to remove our shoes there. Great, thanks! I love stepping in slush and then walking around... more

How rude can people be

How rude can people be!? Even though trampolines are fun, the staff, especially the lady at the entrance, are so rude! I will not return to be spoken to and my kids like that! Respect goes both ways... Pick it up, Acrosport, because you're loosing customers.
