I called these guys in Sept 2009 to repair our furnace air conditioning and fan. Same problem re-occurred in May 2010 so I suspect their 'fix'. Also, after 2 days and 4 phonecalls asking for a repairman to come out (in 42 deg heat), no one has called to say they are coming and they would not give any assurance that anyone would call.
