downtown condo
I bought a Claridge condo right downtown Ottawa and am lovin' it. The condo itself is pretty standard, a good size for what I need - but the location is hands down the best in the city.

March 26, 2011If you do buy a condo from Claridge (as they seem to have the best locations), make sure when you do the final inspection that you have a qualified inspector with you as there are many things that you may overlook - as we overlooked the pitt marks on the granite and when we put it on our Tarion list for repair - Claridge claimed that we should have pick that up on the pre-inspection!
