Don't confuse the best with the rest ...
The brothers are not the only the only builders with the last name Chiavatti.
John Chiavatti is one of the best builders out there with a perfect score with Tarion. His companies have received awards for their excellent work from different Municipalities in the 35 years that he has been in business. We have a Chiavatti Home and John and his son Jerry bent over backwards to ensure that we were happy with everything. They even made some last minute changes at no extra cost.
We wouldn't hesitate to do business with John and Jerry again (and we are very picky!). So don't confuse one group with the other!

Chiavatti homes - buyers beware
October 28, 2011Worst builder to deal with. No customer service whatsoever. They are all nice and accomodating before you sign the deal. Just try and get in touch with them after the fact. The company is broken up between the four brothers. One of the brothers - Marcello, is not even registered with Tarion anymore, yet he is still building houses.
