An awesome Dentist!
I used to be the type of patient who only saw a dentist when something hurt. From the first moment I met her almost 10 years ago, I have never felt afraid or ashamed. She is gentle and knows how to make me feel at ease. My family, over the years have started to see her and everyone agrees she is the best dentist we have ever met. I completely trust her. The other dentists I saw never tried to understand my fears. They all just wanted to pull out my teeth and get rid of me. No one ever asked me what I wanted or gave me options like she did. I have her to thank for taking the time to talk to me and let me understand what was really going on with my teeth.
Unprofessional: Money over ethics
Dr Chen's office is all about marketing and selling Crest's whitening kits. She schedules 3 patients simultaneously, seen mainly by her assistants/receptionist, and finds problems where there is none. Take your money to a reliable professional!
