I waited so long for my counter top my contractor had to leave and go to another job after I'd paid him for jobs I could have done myself just to hold on to him as long as I could. Every time you call them you get a machine saying they'll get back to you but they never do. You want to shop locally and this is how you get treated so it's back to the big box stores for me.
