Never order from this store online. After a shipment was bungled, this is the response I received from the president:
"The USPS service that I used required 'discard if not delivered', and even with that the shipping cost exceeded what I charged you.
You would have to pay for a new order if you wanted us to re-ship.

I have actually taken a number, been the only person waiting, and had to stand around while all the staff chit-chatted behind the counter … and that was probably the best experience I had. March 10, 2010I went here looking for a specific kit. Although they didn't have the kit, they were able to put it together for me. When I asked about price matching and showed them the prices elsewhere they were more than happy to match prices. To my surprise, not only did they match prices, but I actually got an even lower price because they threw in a 8GB memory card that cost more than the price difference.
