Staff sucks!!!
The reception staff are very unfriendly, inefficient and judgmental. They are very slow and look very reluctant to do their job. Not helpful at all. I asked to remind me of my next appointment - never did that. I asked to call me back with my cat's blood test results - never called back. While the vet herself (Dr. Hollinger) was very helpful, the receptionists - and there are like 4 - do not seem to care for clients or their pets at all. I am going to another vet next time. A very-very bad customer service.

I wouldn't bring any pet here, for any reason
November 05, 2009Went in midweek, my cat was having liver issues, and hadn't been eating\drinking for a few days. Firstly I never meet the vet working with my pet just some middle worker employee, which seemed very impersonal. They tell me they're going to run a blood test, to test her liver number. Wretched! Awful! Inhumane!!!
June 28, 2009I adopted a little American Staff female dog from the SPCA several years ago...Lily, and part of the adoption fee that I paid included a coupon for a spay at Carnegie Animal Hospital.
