Auto Repair Rebuttal
My experience with this branch of Canadian Tire was terrific. It was the Service Manager himself (GARY) who came to our company, after hours, I might add, to complete 11 imports on our stock. He was thorough, organized and polite. I genuinely appreciate his assistance.
Auto Repair personnel
My parents, who are immigrants, went to the auto repair section of the Canadian Tire at 656 Erb Street West.
The 2 guys who were there, at first, pretended that my parents were invisible. Then when my dad asked a guy named BRIAN about changing his tires, the attitude of this BRIAN person was so despicable, so unacceptable, rude , biased and overall condescending- just because my father has an accent when he speaks English.
Shame on you! SHAME ON YOU! How dare you treat my parents, who are both University educated people, with such disrespect!? Just because they have an accent does not make them less of human beings! SHAME ON YOU!
