All I got was excuses as to how they can not find me any info on a TV
0 knowledge on their department
0 customer service
100% rude

Hate going there.

I've been using this store since the 80's. The last 10 years I've found the service to be declining. There's still a few helpful employees but it seems more and more aren't too interested in service. Selection is pretty good but price is usually 2nd best to walmart. & Home Depot.

Best service in the store I have ever experienced. So good in fact there are 3 closer locations, one which is brand new super sized store. I still consider this the place to go.
