Excellent experience
I purchased an inground pool from Campbell Pool in 2012. I had a very good experience from design with Shawn to completion with Frederic and his crew. Every team member worked with me through each steps. They all made sure I knew what my options were before starting work ensuring the pool was positioned exactly where I wanted it. I am also very satisfied with the stamped concrete around the pool. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We chose Campbell to install our pool after speaking with several companies and could not be happier with our pool. From start to finish Shawn, Fred and his crew were extremely professional, timely and skilled at their jobs. Fred and his guys did an amazing job dealing with various obstacles in our yard and we are thrilled with our pool. Shawn walked us through everything ahead of time and made sure we were taken care of. He even recommended Victor to do the stamped concrete and it compliments the pool amazingly. We always recommend Campbell Pools to anyone we know that is thinking about getting a pool.
Campbell's hidden charges
When comparing this company price for the pool with others keep in mind that company doesn't include electrician or gas technician. This is very costly: Campbell electrician will charge you extra $1900 and gas technician $350 for small pool. If you shop around you can find certified electrician for $1000.
If you have slope on one side of the pool and you need extra cement to make your deck around the pool even, make sure you include this in contract. Campbell pool will charge $1500 for 1m3 of cement.
