My dishwasher died last week. I called around, it was a long wait for every company. Cal Tech had the friendliest receptionist, who even suggested a resolution to try before booking an appointment. It didn't work, so the repair man came this afternoon. He was in and out in 20 minutes, repaired a blown fuse, and my dishwasher is now running smoothly. Great service from start to finish!
