Not sure why this place got such bad reviews. After reading them I was so nervous to go pick up my reservation and even tried to change it to another place but this one still had the best possible rate I could get - so right there that has to tell you something.

Super disappointed with the service here. I was sold $35 in additional insurance on top of the daily rental that I didn't need. I questioned it and they insisted I needed it, which I found out after was untrue - the insurance from my own vehicle could be transferred over. When I brought the car back and asked them to fix the situation, they said there was nothing they could do. Of course. Well... more
