Budget car rental in Langley now closed

The Budget car rental office at 19833 Fraser Highway is now closed. The Budget telephone agent told me that the other nearest Budget car rental location is the Abbotsford airport.
Also there is an additional daily charge for driving a car outside of BC, e.g. $10/day for Washington state, $15/day for Oregon, and $30/day for California.
