customer service
I have been a customer of Bruni's for 30 years, they have always been pleasant and courtious to me and also to my mother while she was alive. Cups of coffee have been offered. There have been rides to work and pick-ups after work. I have been taken under my car and showed a problem to help me better understand what was going on. I would not deal with someone for 30 years if they were rude or uncourtious.
Worst cusomer service ever!!
The owner of Bruni is rude and vulgar. He has no any sense of respect for his customers nor any curtousy at all. When they fix my car they scrwed up the mechanical part and they refuse to fix. Don't go there!!
Thoroughly fixed my vehicle from a hit and run claim
It was in better condition AFTER my hit and run then before the accident. Now that's a damn good bodyshop. Thanks Bruni!
